need o2 sensor help!

ok im tryin to get my a/f ratio reading from my o2 sensor but the voltage keeps fluctuating from 0 to .7v about once every second. i thought its supposed to fluctuate faster between .4 and .6v? yes my car is completely warmed up, held it at 2.5k rpm for a couple minutes too. if i hold the rpm around 2k-3k the reading fluctuates twice as fast and it gets closer to between .4 and .6

can someone help me with this?

That's pretty normal that the O2 fluctuates during cruise speed and idle. That's why they're narrowband O2 sensors. For the most part, most stock sensors are narrowband and will fluctuate all the time, except at WOT...

No, they are supposed to go from about .1V to about .8V... This is very normal.
