1ZZ EGR Valve

Has anyone bypassed the EGR valve on their 1ZZ> I know this is illegal, but on my VW TDI it made a great difference. Someone in the US made an "Epsilonian Device" which electronically bypassed the valve and kept the computer happy. Is there anything like this for my 03 Corolla?

search the site i coverd this to death in the camry section ..... but since i'm nice 4.7k resistor in the temp sensor ..... to find that look at your egr and there should be something that looks like an 02 sensor on it thats what you want to bypass with the resistor (just replace the temp sensor with it). after you do that you can fully remove the egr but you will need to make a block off plate out of some random metal .... i have rain gutter for the intake and flatten copper pipe for the exaust........ it wount make a drastic diffrence, but some will be there and make sure you clean out your tb as well, also put a fuel filter in line with your pcv valve (between the head and the intake) to catch what ever crap that comes through that. and that should help your intake stay squeaky clean.....
