Question Anyone know what Smart Valves are?

Months ago, I was reading online about Supras and somehow I went to a link which was advertising about a new product called "Smart Valves". It claimed that with these smart valves were upgrades for cars without variable valve timing to have variable valve timing. It also said that cars already with variable valve timing can also install them to further increase performance and efficiency. The valves appeared to work in a diagram by using a screwing action to adjust valve timing in the valves. Since then, I have lost the link to that company's website and now I can't find it. Does anybody have any information or know about smart valves? Because I am very interested in them.

Don't know how it work but doesn't sounds like it'll work. How can you fit in all the mechanical in the head to control the "screwing"? What about electronics? Don't tell me all you need to do is replcae the valves.
I know there is new valve control in the work. Instead of using cams to move the valves, a solenoid is used. This mean the ECU have full control of how much and when the valve open and close. A throttle body is not needed cause engine speed is control directly by the valve. Engine will be more efficient and green cause air and fuel is control and injected when needed. It is a whole new engine system and I don't think you can mod any current to use it.
