hmmm.. well it looks different and its rated at 200 and 210 hp and also uses a 3.0L engine from years 97-01 maybe the 92-96 es300 is same as the camry codes cause 92and 93 es300 uses the 3vz-fe



heres aht it looks like ... is it just a different valve cover

ES300/Camry V6 share the same engine between 92 and 2001 - 1MZFE

ES300 tended to have more hp due to revised intake. Some 1MZFEs from 97-01 for both models were hp rated for Camry/ES300: 192/200 or 210/210 if the engine had VVTi, which would be indicated on the valve cover.
