LED Washer things =/

Hey im supposed to help this hottie install some LED nozzle things on her civic tomarrow and i kind of know what im doing but i could use some help

I asked on the honda board but they are assholes hehe

I know the black wire going from the light goes to the ground. and i want to wire the nozzles to the parking lights. i would send the black from nozzle to ground and white to parking light.

Question 1 Which wire to i splice it into theres like 3 i think. the red on is the hot one witht he current? or what

Question 2 What would be the best method to splice the wires together.

Step by step would be great and pics would be even greater. Please Help! =/

I've done it on a 98 Honda Civic, I can't really help youw ith the colour coding but, I know that you can look in the fude box under the hood and see where the headlight fuse is or follow from the signal up! I think there was a wire harness covered with a split lume that runs on the driver side. It has two red wires and a black! You should check it though.. I hope you have a Multimeter for this, you need to do some testing...

iight listen, im in NJ (Usa) the cops around here are idiots, so i hooked up my LEDS to the parking lights but with an extra switch, i know ur prolly saying why did i connected it to the parking lights when i had a switch, well because the parking lights have their own fuse, so i dont have to add anything extra :P well yea as i was saying, here is what i would do if i was setting up the stuff for that chick..

get the leds installed into the hood, plug the hoses into place for the water, now u will have four wires, two negatives and two positives...connect the likes, and now ull have two ..easier to work with now connected the negative to the ground and get a wire from radio shack and extend the postitive wires if u need...now in the parking lights..look for a wire with stripes, if there are three wires u can hook it up to the wire which has the white stripe. this is constant on...if u hook it to the other striped, ur leds will blink if u try to make a left or right turn signal or.....put ur hazard lights on..this is about it...close the hood smack the gurl on her ass and ur set to go

NJ cops have nothing better to do than to stop ppl for traffic violation. you better put that switch on. or maybe you can leave it on so she can tell you to take it off. Date #2.

woah, how do u guys know this stuff, this is just way beyond my comprehension. jk

i used to have blue lights on my hood, and near my fog lights, and black lights on my dash, till i got a fat ticket for em all.

i dont really think the hood lights are worth it, they always break anyways, i got some white ones from autozone and they broke like 2 days later

only blue and red lights are illegal, led or not. I got pulled over for having a blue neon license plate cover, the officer said i could have any color but blue or red... this is for florida at least... the officer, she was kind-a cute too

Wow, fiveSFE brought this back from years ago. In Georgia, it is illegal to have blue for sure, cause i got pulled over for that. Not sure about the other colors. In the great non-strict state of Tennessee, all neons are legal . As long as your not in a big city, or in a place where neons are common, cops usually don't know the laws on neons and LED's and such.
