Oscilating Vacum Pressure

Hey all,

I seem to be having a bit of a problem with oscilating vacum. I did not mention this in the other post about the engine light becuase it has done this since i have had the car, so it cannot be the cause. The problem i am facing is that the vacum seems to be oscilating both at idle and at higher rpm. I have just recently changed every single vacum hose on the car and the problem is still there, so it can't be a leak causing unmetered air. Could this be a sign of a faulty VSV, or am i just delusional and this is normal? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.
