Lightbulb fault codes on D4 gasoline direct injection engine

Hey dudes what about the new D4 system? . Here in my country i've the chance to service one of these cars, the 1999 Corona Premio 3S-FSE and there's no service manual avalaible, i managed to retrieve the fault codes 21 and 42 (Oxigen sensor and vehicle speed sensor ) but I only found a problem with the speed sensor, the O2 sensor is OK but it senses a rich mixture and i've already cleaned the fuel injectors . can anybody give me a hint of what could be causing the mixture to get rich? . the map sensor is also OK. thank you pals

I would still check that o2 sensor out it might be out of range and on those new direct injection models it creates alot more trouble .There are many reason for that code but it would take a good tech to check that out.

Hi dudes well i rechecked the O2 sensor and it senses a rich fuel ratio. But when I get the car for a exhaust gas check, the fuel ratio it's not as rich as the O2 sensor says so i changed it and problem solved. I have to say that helps alot to have a gastester in the garage so it's a good invest to have one of those. Thank yuo pal you were right. Those new direct injection systems are really complicated . Do you know a place where i can purchase or download a service manual? that would be really helpful ,since I'm a mechanic i think a service manual shuld be a must in my tool box. Thank you for the help man and sorry for my english . By
