where do you live?? I know a place in my area that could do it, it all depends on what kind of rim it is, and how much damage there is to it.. easier ones to fix are 2-piece rims, if its a 1-piece rim, sometimes they crack.. i got mine fixed there before, $50 (cash )
I'm in Oshawa, east of Toronto.
Ouch.. well.. I'm sure there's a rim repair shop in your area.. I used to think they were really rare.. then i found out there was one 5 minutes from my house! look it up in your area and ask around to other people.. I'm sure someone knows where one is. and they can fix a lot of stuff.. even cracks i think.. but like i said.. it always depends on how messed up the rim is. good luck man.
anyways, that is a piece of cake for rim repair guys,
only thing is that the lip may not come out to the same level of polish as it originally went in with, cuz they press the lip back out, and this pressing may set a crack in the alloy. prob wont but even if it does, it won't be a crack that light could ever pass thru.
anyways, it cost me $80 to repair a rim of mine, and yes, same reason cuz they are not made anymore.
btw, the flaming is over.

mine was the same, maybe even worse.. because I hit a pothole on the highway at 110km/h (65mph or so) after they fixed it, it looked like new! and the funny part was.. the guy dared me to find where the dent was... couldn't even find it!! :o hehe..
so how long did it take you guys to get the rims back? my new buddie ren found a shop about a hr away from me. Could I possibly wait there for the rim to be done?
