AE92 4agze swap, engine is dieing (pics)

Ok, so i finished my swap (4agze 3rd gen) recently but something really weird is happening out there. The engine has fuel and spark but the ecu won't keep the injectors working. The ecu is sending exactly two pulses per injectors while cranking and after that there is no more fuel going in the engine so it stalls. If anybody can help me I would appreciate so much, ive been working on this swap for the last month and i cant even get it to work ! Btw i used a stock bluetop (87.5+ with bigger rods), the stock pistons also and the bluetop head. Here are some pics if you would like to see how its made. Thank you !

The motor looks good....

Is the the correct ECU for the motor? How about injectors? The first thing that popped into my head is that the injectors might be the wrong impedance. Also, with the older toyota ECUs, they freak out and won't keep going if the ignitor is bad... Check out both of those things.

im sure youve got this covered, but just thought id mention it to make sure.

Looks like youve got some intake piping missing, without it the car wont run...i know stupid stuff, but sometimes its the stupid stuff that fixes problems

be sure you have 12v going to the injectors at all times the key is in run or crank position

theres no rad on the pic also, dont worry im not that dumb, actually the injectors surely are weird (they have 3.2 ohm impedance while they should be 2.9) for ecu, i got an ae101 computer with an ae92 harness, so i changed the 4 dizzy wire + another one that i dont remember. ANd yes i have 12 volt @ the injectors while cranking since they work twice before the engine dies. Heres a shot of the final product (dont worry bout those piping, its just to test the setup :P) btw i dont think its the igniter, since its a 7mgte igniter and that it was working into one of my friends car. the ecu tells me with a check engine when there is something wrong with the igniter. Btw, is anyone thinkin about a fried ecu ?

Its the ignitor. Replace it with the correct one from your engine... Make sure all the correct feedback signals are there at the ECU... The ECU will turn off the injectors if it senses a problem with the ignition system to keep the car from backfiring, etc. (And give you the code you are getting!!!)

I agree.

If not it could be the injectors, sometimes if injectors sit for a long time they need to be cleaned and flowed.
