OK i was wondering if moving the MAFS closer or farther way from the throttle body would make a difference in anything, sound, performance? I dont know whether I think I would or not but Im wondering if anyone thinks it would?

Ok also with the poll below please post why u feel the way u do? I like the lower end sound on the short ram, but the overall sound of the CAI and of course the performance of the CAI!

I don't think it would make a difference. Besides the harness to the AFM is only so long, so you can't move the AFM to much unless you cut up the harness and extend the wires.

By the way its a AFM (air flow meter) not a MAF (mass air flow).

I like CAI's the best. They sound awesome and you can't get much better as far as intakes go unless your forcing in air (turbo, supercharger, nitrous).
