nozyboys on stclair and kennedy quoted me $500 with labour for a catback, freeflowing catlic convertor and stainless steel 2.5" pipes and magnaflow muffler and tips, i personally can get it cheaper by installing it my self and buying parts of ebay

You can order pre mandrel bent pipe sections from JC Whitney.

Since Canada is rust-mania, I would suggest a full stainless steel exhaust.

I have had problems with aluminized piping on my 92 Paseo. I went back to as much OEM exhaust as I could. The only problem area now is the non-OEM piping , which is a shop-made adaptor to fit on a Dynomax Ultraflo.

i got all my SS piping and bends from www.vertexnow.com. prices are OK, and shipping and phone support is good. piping quality is excellent.

if i were to get aluminized, i would go JCWhitney

www.driverfx.ca or keystone

I don't think JCWhitney ship to canada, otherwise I'd use them

www.driverfx.ca or any keystone dealer (Crappy Tire). I get mine from Crappy Tire or Tool Tyme in Whitby, they have SS, mild steel, aluminum from a pile of different manufactuers and they are reasonable price. Hedman, vibrant, hooker are a few of the brands, cheap for canada anyways, I pay around $27 for a big 180 degree 2.5" mild steel mandrel bend. When you are done, degrease it and etch it and paint it with exhaust paint, it will hold up pretty good, especially if you don't drive in winter. Also POR make a good exhaust paint, you use it inside and out the pipe, it'll never come off

The only catch with keystone is you have to do your homework first, go to driverfx.ca search the site for 'mandrel' or 'bend' etc. then take the part numbers and correlate them by visit the manufacturers sites to get the actual product details. Their are not many pics etc. at driverfx.ca they just have way to many parts to detail everything. When you find the bends that you want write the exact part number down from driverfx.ca, take it to any Canadian Tire and order it. If you go to Canadian Tire you won't pay shipping, your order will arrive quicker and it will be a few percent cheaper.
