You want to replace your 3VZ witha 4cyl, why? The 5VZ-FE 3.4L would be a direct bolt in. Heck you could even use the same clutch if yours isnt worn out. 220 ft/lbs of torque

common now you cant just tease me with tell me that, i need more info? what automobile is the 3.4 from ? thats a direct bolt on? and the reasons why i choose thses cars because they got the same weight as my truck pluss they are newer and better in gas plus more aftermarket parts for them, like the 4 cyl i dont mind some is 14hp more than my V6 150hp but i know it will have a better acceleration and mpg

Tacoma 4runner and T100 all had the 3.4 L 5VZ-FE motor available. It made 190 hp and ~210-220 ft/lbs +/- a few depending on the exhaust manifolds. The motor will bolt right up to your 3vz transmission and you should still be able to use the 3vz flywheel and clutch. I havent fit the motor into your type of truck so i dont know if you can use the 5vz mounts. You will probably need to bolt the your 3vz mounts to the motor.

Even though its bigger than your current motor and makes a lot more power you should be able to get better gass milage out of it.

Well according to the guys at yotatech there MAY be a clearence issue with the front diff. Like i said though, I havent put this motor into a truck like yours so I dont really know. I think you wont run into problems if you get the 4WD oil pan and picup. Worst case senario is that you would have to put like a 2" lift on the truck, no biggie. Ill try to help whatever way i can though.

Look around on www.yotatech.com
