There is NOT any Hondata type software available for Toyota ECU's. Anyone who has cracked the code on the toyota ECU wont give it up.
That being said let me know what you are trying to do, I may be able to help since the 3sfe ECU is very similar internally to a few of the ECU's that I have been able to "modify".

What can you do? I recently bought a book called "How to Tune and Modify Engine Management Systems" I've have read a lot of very interesting thing that can be done. Especially from a company called Techtom.com. BTW, this same book has an awesome MR2 with the 3SGTE engine. I have a 1997 Toyotas RAV4, 5Speed. Engine, the 3SFE EFI. It also has MSD 6A, Header, 2.25 pipes, Magnaflow Muffler, Borla Double outlet, TRD Thermostat, TRD Cap, Nology Wires, K&H Filter with funnel, Next Level Performance Module, DEI Exhaust Rap, Pilot Ground Wires, Pilot Voltage stabilizer among others.
Suspension, Bilstein Shocks, H&R Springs, TRD Front anti-sway bar, Poly Urethane bushings everywhere. As you can see a sleeper. A lot of cars have gotten their buts kicked. I also have a turbo kit. But this engine has a limited, let’s say "Sweet Spot". Of course this is evident because of its head. It is made for economy and not racing.

I was checking out your web site. Question, can this same V6 engine be installed ina RAV4?
V6+ rav 4 ABSOLUTELY!!!! Look for one of the the 4.0 all aloy V6'es if you can afford it .
As far as the ECU, I can move redline and adjust for slightly larger injectors on OBDI ecu's and older only. You will need a piggyback to clean up the fuel maps a little though.

Sorry to bother you. But can you be more specific on which engine exactly. Year, and engine code [1MZ-FE, 1G-FE....?]
The following engines are all compatible with the e153 and rav4 auto.
1mz
3mz
3vz
5vz
2gr
1gr
and a few others in between.
All those engines will also bolt up to the s54 and s51 transmissions after the bolt holes are re-tapped since some of the bolt holes in the bell housing are too small. I also found out some interesting info. The 4WD rav 4 rear sending diff clears the VZ series engines. You can keep your 4WD
You will be interested to know that you can bolt the GTE head directly onto that block (coolent passeges have to be slightly moded in the headgasket). Of course with that you loose the non-interfearence feature of the motor. The cool part of that component swap is that you can use the 3S-GTE turbo ecu.
Cheers
Jim
