96 Camry: sunroof and reading light problem

I opened my suroof this morning. When I was closig it, it stopped in the middle (not the stop that is already programmed in). I pressed the close button several times but it would move only a little bit at a time. First I thought that it needed some grease. But then I noticed that whenever it stopped moving, my reading light would not turn on. I am thinking there is a bad connection inside the sunroof switch assembly. After all I get this problem only sometimes. If I am not having this problem, the sunroof opens and closes without any problem and my reading lights also work.

Any ideas on what I might be looking at. Does anyone know how I can remove the sunroof switch assembly cover to examine the problem without brakeing it?

Supras often suffer from bad grounds in those overhead lights and components. You might try a little sandpaper followed by a dab of grease on the ground contacts, including ground screws and see if that clears it up.
