nick made custom seat rails to fit the seat and mount to the chassiss
its a set seat, and doesn't have the existing rail.
so it can't be moved forward nor backwards.

Don't forget to leave room for a helmet... Something doesn't sound right here, side mount seats have the advantage of lower mounting positions over bottom mount type seats. I installed my bottom mount Corbeau's fine using home made brackets and sliders, must be your sunroof taking away your headroom.

okay....i have the perfect way of modding your seat rails so that it fits, but it sits low...use integra/civic rails and get them welded to the floor.

then your part will be to mod the bracket to fit the rail...not hard at all...just a matter of drilling.

the only problem you might incurr is the oem seat mounts on the floor of the ae86. chop them out and you'll have a lot more room to fit the rails.

you could also mount the sliders on the side of the seat...which is how the original bride, sparco and recaro brackets for the ae86 are.

yeah, in the k-shop or k-style or whatever website ,they had these "super low seat rails"

and the thing that allowed them to mount the seat "super low" was the fact that the sliding mechanisms where beside the seat, not under them.. i think i can mimic this using OEM seat rails, but it requires chopping up TWO OEM ae86 seats and some welding work..

for now, i can use the OEM sliders and I think I can get the seat mounted about a half inch lower than cyril's set up..
