87 4Runner, only 2 cylinders firing

Okay, my 87 4Runner is only firing 2 cylinders. Any idea how to fix this. I have replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor. No other problems that I can see. Any clue on where else to start. The number 1 and 3 wires can be removed and no change with the rough idle, if I remove 2 or 4 it dies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked compression and all 4 cylinders are about the same. As far as checking fuel, I can't figure out how to test each injector without ripping everything apart. Any suggetions?
