Cant remove tree sap with anything!

I posted a thread a few weeks ago that I had a tree sap problem. I then took your suggestions and bought a clay bar, but it didnt work. I then tried WD40 and tar remover, but nothing works. It is almost as if the sap has dried onto the car(even when I scratch it with my nail it doesnt budge). Anybody have any other suggestions?
Thanks

Kerosene works, though if WD-40 and tar remover both failed, I'm not so sure...

Use Goo Gone (not Goof Off). Soak a rag in it, let it soak on the sap. Then easily rub or pick off the sap.

HOT water...

I've had very good luck running straight HOT water directly from the utility sink or hot water heater to a garden hose and using dishsoap and a sponge to wash the area. You'll need to wear rubber gloves (or the water isn't hot enough), and its going to strip all the wax from your car, but it has worked for me on 2 seperate occasions. Good luck.
