1.) I bought the Rain-X Car Wash solution and Im not at home to read the label to see if it also has denatured alcohol.
2.) Is it only alcohol that will kill the paint, or will denatured alcohol also do the same?
(I thought I was doing my paint job a favor by getting the additional water protection for the truck.)
ALSO: I have the sealant package from the SouthEast states and I was given some additional sealer wax. Im not going buy a buffer just to buff my truck and was wondering if waxing by hand is still "in".
In other words, do you see it realistic to wax by hand anymore or am I crazy to embark on my DC with a 3'' buffer pad in hand?

I'm pretty sure any kind of alcohol removes wax.
Waxing by hand is still a prefered way to apply wax. buffers are mainly for polishing, which swirls and stuff. You need some power to work polish, but wax doesn't need to be "worked". It just needs to be applied.
