what can i do to fix bubbled paint?

so I went to an automatic car wash during the winter... and the chemicals used to clean the tires has "bubbled" some of my paint. Its no longer smooth to the touch and feels bumpy. I've regretted ever going to an automatic car wash ever since handwash from now on!!

anyway, my question is will using a clay bar help smooth out the paint or am i better off using some sort of polish?

2005 Lunar Mist Camry LE btw... damn that thin paint!

i'll get some pictures up tomorrow... basically the paint is still intact but now no longer smooth. it has a bumpy texture... anywhere the chemical was sprayed.

I'd have to see a good close up picture to comment on what you can do.
