It's good stuff. I just tried some of their stuff a few days ago.

Car wash- smells good, has great lubrication, and has good suds that last a while.

High gloss detailing spray- smells good, adds good shine.

Tire gel- Nice shine, easy to apply with an Eagle One foam tire applicator. It's a little thinner than I like, but it's still great stuff.

I would buy it all again.

www.exceldetail.com sells 4 Star products. Plus they sell PoorBoys stuff. I used PoorBoys SSR polishes and EX wax on my neighbors' black car yesterday and he couldn't believe it. I got off all the oxidation and most of the scratches. The EX wax is so easy to apply and remove. It's a great carnauba wax for anybody. EX is one of my top 5 favorite waxes.

I've used both the UPP and the Paint Cleanser on my Silver Tacoma and my wife's Sagebrush Pearl Acura. Very easy to apply, and even easier to rub off. It left the surface very slick and shiny, but I was most amazed with how it brought out the metallic flakes in the SBP Acura paint. Lots more depth than I would have expected with a sealant.

Believe it or not, that beautiful flake resulted from the prep work, The Sealant just protects it.....All of the FS line is well accepted by enthusiastic detailers......I use it for about 98% of my details........

^ Damn, that is sexy!

BTW, I'm still really liking the 4 Star Ultimate Car Wash. It has good suds and seems to rejuvinate the wax job. I really recommend it.

Here's a shot of my Taco with 2 coats of UPP. The Silver doesn't really show off a nice shine that well; not nearly as impressive as the Sagebrush pearl Acura paint. I'm very pleased with the UPP and highly recommend it.

Thanks, NorCal! I was using the p21s shampoo but wanted to give the 4 Star products a try. Just wait till I use the Klasse SG and p21s wax! It'll look beautiful.

Oh yes!

The P21s shampoo is lovely.

I always get lazy and skip the SG and go straight to the P21s wax.

Next time I will use the SG!

Almost freaked today

My Taco just turned 1000 miles, so I gave it an oil change, mounted up some new side steps, then gave it a bath since I hadn't cleaned it since my first off-road trip with it over Memorial weekend.

All dried up and sparkling in the mid-day sun, I was admiring the new steps when I noticed a fine set of racing stripes running down the passenger side door. It was about 24" long, and looked like somebody took their fingernails and ran them down the side of the truck. Probably a pine tree branch that I thought I missed the weekend before on the trails. The scratches weren't deep, but definitely on there well enough so that I could not rub them out with any of my washing stuff.

Now the good part.... Grabbed the PC, the Four Star Paint Cleanser, and my orange pad. Set the PC to 5, and ran it over the scratches and around the door panel for about 2 minutes. Sure enough, the polish rubbed those things right off, and the door looks good as new. Didn't even need an abrasive or swirl removing compound. Good pad, good tool, and a good polish did the trick. Sorry, no pics of before. Should have taken some.....

Love the Four Star products, and love my PC even more.
