need some advice!

alright so the cars getting dirty and im going to wash it maybe next weekend if its nice out.
I have a few questions ...
i was thinking of washing the car , drying it and then claybar in it.. but i was planing on using some of the Meguairs scratch x... Okay i was wondering if should use it before or after i clay bar?

also i was wondering if there is any feed back on this product..

i also got the mothers carnauba wax along with my clay bar kit... the wax is really good but i hate the white residue it leaves behind after it rains... is there a wayi can reduce it ? i was thinking waxing it with carnauba wax and going over it with synthetic wax(crappy turtle wax)? would that be a problem? OR should i get get new wax? i was thinking the meguiars NXT ?

And my last question :p is i like to have nice , clean and shiney exterior windows... so how can i clean them ? can i clean it with windex and use some of the mothers instant detailer for the shine ? (came with claybar kit) or is it possible to Wax glass ??

anyways thanks for reading (hope it wasnt too much ) and hope to see your comments!

You want to wash, clay, then use your Scratch-x. Its supposed to be pretty good stuff. To reduce the residue make sure you apply it very thin. You can mist the area with a littlr bit of water when you remove it, that will make it easier tom remove. Use the cleaner wax that came with the kit, then you can top it off with the nxt. Stay away from the crappy turtle wax. You can clay the outside of your windows. then use a microfiber cloth with stoners invisable glass. I wouldnt wax the windows.

Are you talking about the detailing spray you use for lubricant with the clay. I bought a Mothers clay kit and it came with a small bottle of carnuba/cleaner liquid wax also.

The detailing spray isnt really used as a topper. Its more of quick way to clean some light dust off your car or if a bird poops on it.
