Mom's 2003 Avalon...how did I do (Pb and others)??

Mom's 2003 black Avy XLS...my first time really detailing a black car, so I wanted to see how some of you experts thought this newbie did. I don't have a buffer or anything, so this is the best I could do with what God gave me. Anyways, here's a description of what I did with some pics.

Wash using Dawn to strip wax.
Clay using Mother's California Gold Clay Kit.
3 Step Meguiar's Paint System (Clean and Polish, didn't use their wax)
2 coats of Meguiar's Gold Class wax (paste)

What do you think? Thanks!

Any tips you guys might have on how to better improve my skills (keep in mind I do it without a buffer ($$) and I don't use the high dollar waxes and stuff...this is pretty much jsut to protect the car and keep it looking good. Thanks!

EDIT: Can someone help me remove the first two posts?? I'm new at posting pics and screwed up the first couple times...help!

Looks good. You can leave out the Dawn though. Claying the car will remove any surface contaminents, including any wax/sealant you put on top of it. Use a good quality car wash, then clay instead.

Ditto.

I only use dawn to spot wash cars only if its REAL bad. Use a high concentration of your favorite car wash

There are ways around it, remapping the microsoft servers, stopping the service, using a firewall. But what I personally do is close my curtains, wrap my computer in tin foil and yell "BRING IT ON" over and over again. -Drunken_panda

Very clean car.
I see some smudging on the interior of the glass on the passenger side of the front window. A microfiber cloth will clean that up really quick, though.

Also, try buying an inexpensive wet/dry vac that has good power. I just used my new $40 craftsman vac today to help dry my Taco and it saved a lot of time. It's good for blowing out the water from the huge grill of yours(I bet that's a bitch to dry, if done) , emblems, mirrors, and other seams on your car, especially before waxing/polishing. Very useful and worth the extra dough. And you can use it in your garage to vacuum your car.
