Touch up job

What is the best way to touch the chip shown in the image? It seems like there is a minor dent behind it, but I was quoted something like $400 to get that taken out because of it's proximity to the edge of the panel.

Suggestions?

Touch up paint won't fix the dent. But if you can live with the dent then you can just touch up the chip. I think there are a couple threads in this forum about fixing chips. Search for 'em.
