Is the lint behind the glass?

Pick up a microfiber cloth, no lint, and it will micro-mar less than any other fabric.

Ahh. Yea, a good microfiber won't leave lint behind, or one of those synthetic chamois are good too.

Yeah, get rid of the terry cloth and get MF towels. I use a soft interior detailing brush on my gauges. The new Tacomas have soft plastic on the gauges. I try not to mess with them more than I have to. A soft brush and a vacuum is pretty safe.

I use a feather duster, ones with more "fluffy" feathers.

Micro-Fiber

What doesn't work for me:
vacum with brush (scratches)
Cleaner and Towel (Scratches)
Fingers (Scratches)

Have yet to try:
Swiffer clothes

Yeah, I tried a bunch of crap when I first got my car like 6 years ago. I didn't know any better. Shoot, I never even heard of Micro-Fiber till recently.
