How to remove cement from paint..??

Sup..

My sister was driving my car a couple of days ago, and today morning I noticed there are like three drops of cement on my roof...

What could I do to remove it without having to repaint or damaging the current paint..??

I would love to know. My girls Rodeo has some on the top and my mom's Prizm is splattered w/ it on the side. I doubt there would be anything though other than repainting.

I would try to remove as much as possible with my finger nail, without damaging the paint. Then after I would use a clay bar to remove the rest.

Only use the clay bar if you have most of the concrete removed already. Dragging concrete sand across your paint is not good.

Try picking it off with your fingernail or using a pressure washer at a very slight angle, almost parallel to the paint. Not directly at the paint. Use the lowest pressure nozzle possible.

You can also try a razor blade or a plastic razor blade, and some water to reduce the friction.
