Gen5 Car repainted with Pix! *56K Who uses it anyway?*

I just dropped off the car today at the paint shop.

Side Mirrors, Front bumper, hood, and Rear bumper(has a dent from hit and run)~ $840
Is that a good price? All the other places I went to wanted about $1000-1200 for the same work.

The guy looked at my front end and could just tell. They could tell what happened to it.....
LOVE BUGS!

I gotta find a really good way to prevent that this time around........

Here are some pictures:

Before picture

My friend's car and mine

A mirror image off the hood...has some dust and hair? x_x'

Looks good, except for some orange peel on the hood. Are all those white specs dust/lint?

i had my front AND rear bumper repainted. (from accidents)

For the whites, the color contrast and difference from the OEM is pretty bad. My back bumper is darker than the rest of the car. My front is a bit lighter (and hood as well)

And not to mention, it may look good, but the qaulity SUCKS. (the rear was done by the dealer - the front was done by a reputable auto-body shop from my Insurance agent recamendation)

The rear bumper, I just dropped a droplet of tar remover to get rid of some tree sap, took the damn paint right off. My front bumper paint started flaking off after a year, so I bitched and they repainted it for me free.
I hope your quality is good and lasts for long time.

time will tell, so far, looks much better than with the bugs.
how many miles you have on it?
