Sealant Cleaner or Cleaner WAX?

Help what should i do my blakc tacoma is brand new bout 6-8 months old and has never been waxed just washed. What is the white bottle sealant cleaner for they gave us when u purchased a new vehicle, should i use that or a wax? thanks

The bottle you got with the vehicle probably came with a "paint protectant" that included a high-priced add-on to the sticker... usually these systems aren't that great for the owner (they're great profit-centers for the dealer, however).

Assuming you have no real finish issues, I'd wash good, dress the trim, get a good clay bar (I like Mothers' clay bar kit) and then use a nice easy-to-use synthetic cleaner wax like Mothers' FX SynWax -- for your Tacoma it'll make short order of a big job.
