Is the Vector 10" Random Orbit Waxer/Polisher any good?

I saw this at my local Pepboys for $19.99, and I was just wondering if this is a good buffer, I mean it's a buffer right? Because I'm tired of removing wax by hand and also applying it. I just want a buffer that's cheap, and functions well.

That would just be an automated wax applicator. Don't expect it to be able to polish out swirls or scratches.

Lowe's has the Porter Cable 7336 on clearance right now. $80. Get one, and do it right the first time.
