HELP bumper scuff

well i backed up a little to far and slithy bumped into the car behind me....anyways the owner didnt care...but now i have a scuff in the back bumper and some fine scratches...i can get rid of the scratches but what a bout the actual scuff...help plz anyone i need help asap!

its a surface scuff... ill try to take pictures tomorow ..might be hard to take a picture of it but im going to try a lot of wax tomorow to see if it makes it any better
