USA polish aluminum wheels

what is the best way to polish aluminum wheels and are there any sealers out there. I always have water spots on my wheels. My wheels are Mickey Thomson classic locks

You can use pure carnauba wax, but you're probably best off keeping them polished and making sure you dry them after they get wet.

Are they bare aluminum, or clearcoated? If they're bare then you should definitely use Mothers aluminum polish and Mothers PowerBall mini. It will make bare aluminum shine like a mirror.

^^ isn't it better to wet sand it first then polish? i'm kinda in the process of doing this to my rims... doing lil spots at a time to see the results...

Sorry, I guess I missed half of your question... and assuming they're bare aluminum, as PB pointed out, and they likely are.... and unless you have serious finish problems which may require sanding or some other sort of repair, PowerBall is really the way to go on a wheel like that... some stores carry the PowerPack which includes both a regular, a Mini and some PowerMetal polish.

I would only wetsand aluminum if it had extreme oxidation or scratches. Aluminum polish and a Powerball Mini can perform miracles.

well after spending like 2 hr using metal polish and rags i got my rim looking like a mirror so i guess i was wrong about wet sanding it first
