tree sap

Hi all,

I am new to this site...the wife just bought a Yaris. My question is general though. Is there a way to remove tree sap from a car? Will clay bar do it? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all....

If it's a bunch of little tree sap dots then a Clay kit is what you need. Lube up the clay bar real good.

Try the clay on the big spots too. It might take some extra rubbing, but the clay will probably get it all off. Just keep it lubed good, and flip the clay over when it gets real dirty.

After you remove these nasty dots do re-wax the areas for protection.

Georgia update -
Pollen count per cubic meter of air is over 5,900 for the third time this week. Everything, be it inside or outside is covered in this yellowish/greenish tint.
