Big dents like that are usually pretty easy to push out, especially in plastic bumpers. Can you get behind it and push?

^ yea, like Pb said. pop it out from the inside. unless you can find a suction cup with enough suction to pull.

Ditto. It's plastic so you should be able to push it out from behind.

i tried a few months ago when it first happened and the headlight was in the way.. i was able to get my hands on the dent but didnt have enough leverage to push it out.. i would imagine i would need to remove the headlight, which in turn requires me to remove the bumper, correct? maybe one of these days during spring break i will try and push it out from the bottom.. thanks guys! any recommendations on how to go about pushing it out? should i heat it up a little with a hairdryer?

Just let that side sit in the sun for a little bit. Can't you get to it from underneath?

its a bit difficult.. considering she has the front ground effects stock on the S, added with me not being a tiny guy(6'3" 250lb).. i might jack it up and then see if that angle is any better..

If you can get behind it you could also try expanding foam spray to fill the void. But be careful, it's really easy to overfill as that stuff really expands.
