Best exterior rubber cleaner/protector?

Is there any exterior rubber protector that anyone can recommend that both cleans and protects. I am getting a little bit of yucky stuff on my exterior rubber window trim that I am not happy with. It resembles the very early stages of mildew is the best way I can put it. I have to park outside 16 hours a day at work.

Also - headlight care - are you guys buying kits to do this or are you finding a good cutting pad with polish is doing the trick?

Thanks in advance!!

You'll want to clean before you protect -- you can use a detail brush and a tire & rubber cleaner to clean the rubber that's safe for the paint -- or a strong, warm solution of car wash.

I like Mothers Back-to-Black on all of my trim.

PowerBall Mini with Plastic Polish for the headlights.

Yeah. Soapy water and a stiff brush to get it clean. Then dry and protect with 303.
