Coffee stain and flaking paint on bumper

I recently got an 04 Camry, white in color.

To my dismay I discovered that the passenger side of the car was covered in coffee. The floor was completely soaked in it, you can look below the top of the fibers and see it. The top portion was cleaned so it wasn't as noticeable, but I found it.. I've scrubbed and scrubbed and used some auto carpet cleaning products on it and now I believe that the carpet is peminately discolored due to me doing this, I screwed up big time. There is really so much coffee imbedded in the carpet that I believe some heavy duty equipment will be needed to loosen then extract that contaminants. I accidentally got some cleaner on the seat, when I tried to absorb it...the cloth was dark brown, the entire seat is also covered in coffee, so I believe it will also need a professional cleaning, it's probably deep down in the foam under the cloth,.
What would be recommended? I can't seem to find a local detailer or anyone who would have the necessary machinery to fix this. Maybe I should rent a carpet cleaner and do it myself?

While washing my car yesterday I noticed that the clear coat on my front and rear bumper (near the top edges, closest to the wheel area) is flaking away. I scratched what existing clear coat was coming off and it comes off very easily, i'm sure soon it'll look like a big mess.
The exact same thing happened on my old Saturn, but it was over 10 years old. I'm not happy. Is this normal? What can I do?
The only resolution I can think would be having to repaint both bumpers, which would be well over 600$. Or, can some more clear coat be applied over this?

You need a hot water extracting carpet cleaner. Buy a Bissel Green Machine ($70) or rent a professional carpet cleaner.

A body shop will have to look at your bumper.
