Shiny tires and rims

What is the best product to make my tires and alloy rims really shiny?

Black Magic Titanium tire gel is pretty shiny. Apply it with a foam applicator.

What kind of surface do your wheels have? Bare Aluminum? Painted? Most factory wheels have a clearcoat.

I am not to sure, it is a 98 Avalon XLS so whatever rims come with that they have a pretty shiny finish. And what do you think of Meguiar's NXT generation insane shine tire coating?

First get the tires clean with some Eagle One All wheel/tire cleaner and a brush.

From what I've seen online your wheels are painted, and have a clearcoat. Get em clean, polish & wax them.

I've never tried Meguiars Insane tire shine, but it sounds like it should be shiny.
