finally got a chance to detail my 06 prerunner....what a difference that made! i washed my ride with turtle wax ice wash, clay barred entire truck with mothers clay bar system, 2 coats of polish with turtlw wax ice polish, then two coats of eagle one nanowax!! the shine and smooth as glass texture now is unbelievable! first time i ever used the clay bar also! kept hearing all the hype about it, decided to use it, very glad i did! check out my pics(link is in my sig)!
I'm not a fan of the TW Ice hype, but it's better than many other retail store waxes. BTW, the Turtle Wax Polish is not really polish. It's a wax. Some companies are kinda loose with the term "polish". So basically, your truck has 4 coats of wax.
But if it looks good, then it's nothing to worry about. I just wanted you to know the truth.

well, it looks awesome, and its smooth as glass now! next time, ill find a true polish........then ill put on 4 coats of wax!!

Its not too late to take pics...it will shine in pics even with a layer of pollen...a week later or whatever. A little QD goes a long way...the camera is forgiving of minor dirt...

QD....quick detailer.....?????? if thats the case, i got that too. i got meguiars quik detailer, and also some eagle one wipe and shine in the blue bottle?! should do a decent job between washes!
