Detailing Spray

Will using Meguirs NXT Detailing Spray denegrate the sealant protection on my truck? I use this stuff to take off bird or Geese poop from my truck and also to cleam my rims up,Ive spent alot of hard work to seal the truck and dont want to clean it off with a spray that may clean the gunk off and my protection too. Ive found out through this forum that Meguirs NXT wax is a cleaner/wax I was hoping the spray isnt. Also can detailing spray be used as a Clay bar lube? Im running low on lube and want to use this spray.

The spray is not a cleaner wax. It's just a gloss enhancer, and should work fine for what you're using it for. It can be used as clay lube. Even distilled water can be used as a clay lube, you just have to keep it well lubed when you use water, since water is not as slick as a detailing spray.
