aluminum siding paint removal

Can anyone advise me on how to remove aluminum siding paint from side fender. Its white aluminum siding from trim around the garage. I have two 6" long x 1/4" high streaks of the paint on the wife's dark charcoal grey Envoy.

I do have a PC buffer, but have not used it yet. I have some Sonus paitworks cleanser, but I don't think that will be heavy enough to remove the paint...it is more for newer paint with few problems. I also have some door dings with paint transfer that need some attention.

Try the paint cleaner first. Get the buffer speed up high. If it doesn't work then buy some fine and medium cut polish.
