Has anybody used this?

this is what you want

http://www.automotivearticles.com/Clear_Bra_3M.shtml

that site talks about car specific kits, but walmart carries rolls of the stuff for a few bucks, just cut and trim yourself.

few of my auto-x homies use it, works damn well and isnt as ugly as painters tape that a lot of guys use.

spray on doesnt seem like it would do anything except make bugs come off easier.

The clear bras made of 3M material (such as Star Shield Armour) are great, but you really need a pro installer or you'll likely have a mess.

If you're heading into Love Bug territory, the Dupli-Color seems to make some sense, though I don't know anyone who's used it. The can says it lasts about a week, or until you wash.

lol I was going to post a thread asking the same question but you beat me to it!

It seems like the VW guys are liking it. I'm going to try it out for myself too on my road trip.
