Turtle Wax Ice Any Thoughts?

This is the stuff I just tried.

http://www.turtlewax.com/main.taf?p=2,1,1,1

I tried it and liked it. I don't think it's the most durable wax, but I do like being able to hit all the plastic parts without leaving white marks.

I wanted to see what the concensus was.

it is not the most durable but it gives a deep shine to the celica (black) with minimal effort. the key is not to rub it use the term "lightly" very literal. it buffs to a nice shine very easily. if you over muscle it it smears. a brisk touch is all it takes (once it's applied).

I tried it, and didn't really like it on my Silver Dcab. It was hard to see where you had waxed, and was really messy once the applicator got soaked. I will keep with the old fashioned waxes and sealers, and just taking the time to be careful around the black plastic. Ill keep using my NXT.

A quality wax should not be measured by what it does or doesn't do to the trim.

If you don't want traditional wax stains on the trim, detail your trim with a quality dressing first. (Or mask it -- especially important on extremely damaged trim.)
