Klasse AIO question

I have a quick question about the Klasse AIO. It is advertised as a paint cleaner. Is it also a polisher. Does it actually have abrasives in it. I'm going to try and polish my wifes car which has a good amount of industrial fallout crud on it and I wanted to know if I should use a polish like Meguires #83 after the AIO. Of course I'll be claying it first.

It has some cleaning ability, but it's not a real polish. I would use a real polish, and then the AIO. I never use AIO for its light polishing ability. I just use it for protection.

"some" cleaners is an understatement. It is one of the best paint cleaners I've ever used. The first couple pictures on this page are just one example of what it can do. It is purely a chemical abrasive though. It won't do anything for swirls. I would use AIO on paint that is already polished in order to remove any fillers or oils prior to the sealant or wax. If you have swirls that you need to deal with, then there are lots of more appropriate products out there that will sort those out for you.

If you are using #83 anyway then the AIO isn't really necessary. I would wash, clay and then polish first and if you are using Sealant Glaze on the car then I would suggest putting on AIO first. It is sort of like primer for the sealant. You can put the SG on without AIO, but you'll find that it is harder to buff off without the 'primer' on there first.

Thanks for the reply. I kinda figured it out after reading and rereading and also checking out your web site. I'm going to wash, clay, polish with Meg #83, Wolfgang polish enhanser, wolfgang sealant. Just gotta get a PC. The paint is pretty clogged up with the fallout.

Do you have to buy Klasse AIO online, or are there any local retailers or chains that sell it? Where are you finding the best deals?
