Cleaning glass problems
I cannot get the glass to be clear, especially the rear one. It comes out cloudy or foggy. I use the cheapest windex 99-cent type from Walmart, could this be the problem? I tried toilet paper (didn't have anything else at the time), paper rolls, microfiber cloth and nothing works, it comes out terrible.

Try Stoner Invisible Glass with microfiber cloth or even newspaper.

Echoing what everyone else already mentioned. Stoner's aerosol + good quality microfiber.
You might also want to spritz it with a little warm water from a spray bottle and do one more wiper if there is residue left. Repeat as required.

To ensure no streaks, flip your towel over to the dry side as you do your final wipe.

I had no issues with streaks, but rather the whole glass uniformly looking cloudy, not clear at all.
I will try Stoner's. Looks like bottom dollar stuff in Wally worlde is just about useless.

I suggest first either claying the glass, or cleaning it by hand with a chrome polish. Then finish it with Stoner's Invisible Glass.
For the rear glass, be careful not to damage the rear defogger.

btw, if you have any kind of tint-- do not use any kind of product that may contain ammonia. As mentioned, a good microfiber is fantastic on the inside. Newspaper is even better for the outside (the ink leaves a nice polish to boot).

I use a damp microfiber towel to wipe, and a dry microfiber towel to dry.

I found Sprayway glass cleaner to work really well. I'd like it better if it weren't aerosol though. Lots of overspray.

My local Home Depot carries it in their cleaning supplies department for less than $3 a can.
I haven't compared it to Stoner's, but it's less expensive.
