Use the same thing you wash your paint with. Especially on a new vehicle, if you clean your wheels weekly or even bi-weekly, you won't need anything more aggressive. I've never washed my 2000 Tacoma wheels with anything else and they still look great.
Find a brush soft enough to get in the crevices but stiff enough to not fold over too easily. I also occassionally use a 'lug nut brush' to get in and around the lug nuts.
