can this be fixed?

ive had my tacoma for a year now and the bugs are finally getting to the paint on my front bumper, is there any way i can fix this, maybe with that nice polisher/waxer that all of yall use?(I believe its the Porter Cable if im not mistaken)

Looks like rocks or something is starting to pit the clearcoat. If it has damaged the clearcoat already, there's not much you can do I think.
