Canada removing safety stickers

The safety stickers on the sun visors drive me nuts!!!! I guess they are held on with adhesive and I'd love to pull them off but I don't want to screw up the visors. Has anybody done the deed? My visors (2007 Tacoma) are the fuzzy stuff and it looks easy to damage.

Acetone?

Warning- there is a slight chance it'll melt your visor.

It looks to me like the warning label is bonded to the visor. I'm thinking you would need to recover the visor. Maybe you could pick up some matching headliner material at an upholstry shop and post some DIY pictures.

One possible solution. Get a CD holder that straps to the visor. It'll cover the labels and give you out of the way CD storage, and no damage to the visors. Relatively inexpensive and simple fix.

I was able to remove a similar sticket from my kid's car seat with goo gone. I scratched the sticker first with a rasp, then applied the goo gone and waited about an hour. It all fell off like magic. With no damage to the car seat material underneath. Just a thought. I would be sure to price a replacement visor in case it all goes south..
