Waaaaaaay too late, rust doesn't "clean" up like dirt. The rust has eaten its way through the sheet metal. You would need to replace those rusted panels.

Only a body shop can fix that. Your car has cancer. Polish and wax can't fix that.

Without a lot of work and expense at this point you can only slow down the rust. Suggest using some kind of chemical rust remover and neutralizer liquid. Then apply something like RustOleum in a color that matches as close as possible your car. The finished product my not look pretty but it will slow down the rust. On the inside of the body parts spray on something like LPS 2, a rust inhibiting liquid.

Mold?

You mean like bondo?

From the pics, It kinda looks like they just spackled clear silicone adhesive overtop of the rust. That won't help stop the rust much.

Hey taz2008,

Yes it is too late...Sorry. Only a body shop can fully repair it the proper way. But like some guys have suggested you can slow it down.

Give it a try and let use know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks,
