Detailed my engine
Well finally got around to detailing the engine on my 2005 Camry. The change wasn't too dramatic because my engine was only a bit dusty.
Process:
Used my shop vac's exhaust port to blow off all the loose dust I could. Then used Meguiars APC (10:1) to mist engine and wiped off removing more dirt and slight grease. Then applied CD2 engine detailer per instructions on the can. Not a big difference but hoses do look shinier.
Before,
After,

Wow dood, compared to my 15 year old 22R-E that's been abused by too much mud your engine looks like God's gift to earth or something.
Keep it up man!

I got my
can of CD2 off amazon .
Also, if you plan on doing your interior, try
Aerospace303
People have different preferences for metal polishes.
Oh yeah, and if you take the time, you can usually find offers for free shipping if X is spent at a time.

Wow, nice engine bay, too mad for the cheap metal that toyota is using for the manifold. Its an 05 and it rusted as bad as my friends 93 mazda. My 01's manifold still looks brand new...

get some headers man, those stock manifolds look bad.
Great work on the engine detailing though. Looks awesome. I thought the same, the before picture looks like an after to me.
