Angry Turtle Wax Ice

Wow, used Turtle Wax Ice's Liquid Clay Bar all over the truck yesterday after washing it. Even after rinsing thoroughly (sp) and drying well there is a film of the stuff left all over the car that I am going to have to use cleaner wax to get off. May have gotten some dirt out of my paint, IDK. But did as much bad as good. I thought I'd give this product a try cuz I had heard go things about it. Now looking at the reviews again, a lot of people are saying the same thing I am! I'll stick with a traditional clay bar from now on. I haven't tried any of the other Ice products, but this one seems like it is for crap. Anyone else have experience with it? I'd love to hear from you.

I'll keep sticking with my Mother's, or Meguiars. Did you end up getting off all the film? Sometimes, film will be left on the vehicle if you try claying it in the sun, or hot temps.

^I got it off the hood, I need to wax the rest of the truck as of now. I didn't do it in the heat/sun, it was actually sunset and I dried it in the garage. Mothers/Meguiars FTW!

Anyone else tried these products?

I use Mother's clay bar kit. Can't go wrong as they give you a bottle of quick detailer as lube. Nothing but good stuff from mother's

I stopped using tutle wax products after puberty

Disclaimer: you didn't hear good things about Ice from me! I tried it (because I try about everything) and I took it back.
