I've used this and it's a nice combination, especially for darker cars that have some spiderwebbing to be addressed -- especially if you're working by hand, though you can use even a consumer-grade random orbital or a PowerBall 4Paint. Work in the shade on a cool surface.
The Pre-Wax Cleaner is the primary oxidation remover in this system, so if you don't clear up the finish with Pre-Wax Cleaner and it doesn't look good by the time you've applied and removed the Sealer & Glaze, go back and try another step of Pre-Wax Cleaner.
When the instructions mention use a damp applicator, try a little Showtime on it instead of water, especially with the Carnauba -- it'll make it apply much easier and more evenly. Be sure you don't use too much wax product, as too much is not better in this case -- you want a thin coat. Let it haze for about 5 minutes (don't let it dry rock hard or more than 30 minutes, though this may depend on weather) -- it's ready to buff with a quality microfiber towel when a gentle swipe of your finger removes it cleanly.
I would wash, apply a trim detailer (I like Back-to-Black) and let it penetrate while you clay, polish and wax -- helps keep any stains off your trim.
