I'd get a PC7424 instead of a UDM.

I think Autopia Carcare and Autogeek are having sales right now. I got e-mails about their sales but haven't looked into them myself. Get a kit with pads and polish.

UDM is a PC7424 copycat with a bigger motor. A lot of people use them and like the additional power, but I've also heard of more problems with them than I've heard of with the PC. You can do some additional research on UDM at autopia.org if you haven't already.

Coastal Tool had the cheapest retail prices for just the machine when I was shopping for mine.

As Pb noted, you may be able to get a good deal on a total kit from autogeek.net or at autopia.org

I bought my PC on eBay, then bought a pad and polish kit separately on eBay. It was about $30 cheaper than similar kits at autogeek at the time.

Bought my pads and polishes from this eBay seller...

Good luck.
